Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Ann Marie Elpa is a grade 12 student attending St. Joseph's Morrow Park Catholic Secondary School. Starting at a young age, Ann Marie has had a growing love for classic literature and writing. She expresses her love for English through her freelancing in poetry and collection of books. Ann Marie first started her journey at Pawprint Newspaper as a writer, eventually moving up to Assistant Editor and gaining her position as Editor-In-Chief. If not working at the Pawprint, Ann Marie spends her time at Starbucks with a good read and a coffee or at Sephora adding to her already massive makeup collection.

  Outside of Pawprint, Ann Marie is involved in Student Council, serves as Co-President of Anime Club and is involved in Lit Society. Ann Marie is also a three-time honour roll student at St. Joseph's Morrow Park; winning various awards in courses such as Business Technology and in Skills Canada Competitions. She hopes to study English at the University of Toronto.
